SeaSide Real Estate has realized the demand and the new trend in the market and has now carved a niche as a specialist in the field. First opened Easter 2003 by Principal Terry Johnson, SeaSide Real Estate is ideally located in the tourism hub at Urangan Harbour. Terry moved to Hervey Bay in 1986 and has been selling real estate ever since, and in all that time he has never seen Hervey Bay in a healthier state (real estate wise) than now. The population and infrastructure that is in place now ensures that the city is now a primary destination for business, industry, interstate migrants and particularly tourism and the best is probably yet to come, with the Hervey Bay Council’s opening of the jet airport.
This is without a doubt the single most exciting project to occur in the district. and Melbourne, and bring the type of tourist who hasn’t bothered coming here yet because of current access problems (locals understand in reverse when we want to go south.) Over the years Hervey Bay has often been promoted as the New Noosa or Port Douglas etc, but it will never be like those or any other place. It is unique, and in a lot of ways better. It is the Southern End of the Great Barrier Reef without the nasties of the north (stingers, crocs, geographic isolations etc.) There is nowhere else on earth just like this..
